Ingredients

- 🥛 Milk – whole

- 🍫 Chocolate – dark or milk
- 🫘 Flour – all-purpose
- 🍬 Sugar – granulated
- 🧂 Salt – pinch
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven. Prepare choux pastry: Boil butter, water, and salt. Add flour, then eggs.
- 💧 Pipe dough onto baking sheet and bake until golden and puffed.
- 🍫 Make chocolate ganache: Heat cream and pour over chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- 🥄 Fill cooled eclairs with pastry cream (optional).
