Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark Chocolate – 6 oz
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 2 large
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- 🍫 Chop chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- 🥣 Pour warm cream over chocolate and egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
- 🥄 Stir in vanilla extract and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
