Ingredients
- 🍝 Chitarra pasta – 200g
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes (pomodorini) – 250g
- 🧀 Burrata cheese – 1 ball
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh basil – for garnish
- 🫒 Olive oil – extra virgin
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook chitarra pasta according to package directions.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🍝 Toss cooked pasta with the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- 🧀 Serve immediately, topped with burrata cheese and fresh basil.
