Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – thick wheat noodles
  • 🐔 Chicken – bite-sized pieces
  • 🥦 Broccoli – small florets
  • 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
  • 🥡 Soy sauce – for flavor
  • 🥡 Oyster sauce – for flavor
  • 🥡 Sesame oil – for flavor

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  • 🧅 Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili flakes. Toss well until heated through.
