Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – thick wheat noodles
- 🐔 Chicken – bite-sized pieces
- 🥦 Broccoli – small florets
- 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🥡 Soy sauce – for flavor
- 🥡 Oyster sauce – for flavor
- 🥡 Sesame oil – for flavor
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- 🧅 Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- 🐔 Add chicken and cook until browned.
- 🥕 Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili flakes. Toss well until heated through.
