Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
  • 🌶️ Chilli – 1 finely chopped
  • 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Spring onion – 2 chopped
  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍳 Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and chilli in a bowl.
  • 🔥 Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 🥚 Pour egg mixture into the pan and cook, gently stirring until softly set.
  • 🧅 Sprinkle with spring onions and cheese (if using).
  • 🍞 Serve immediately with toast or your favorite sides.
