Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🌶️ Chilli – 1 finely chopped
- 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Spring onion – 2 chopped
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded (optional)
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🍳 Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and chilli in a bowl.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 🥚 Pour egg mixture into the pan and cook, gently stirring until softly set.
- 🧅 Sprinkle with spring onions and cheese (if using).
- 🍞 Serve immediately with toast or your favorite sides.
