Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed and fried
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🌶️ Green chillies – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫙 Soy sauce – for flavor
- 🍶 Vinegar – for tanginess
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green chilies.
- 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- 🥔 Add fried potatoes and soy sauce and vinegar.
- 🌶️ Toss well to coat potatoes with the chilli mixture.
- 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
