Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – cubed and fried
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🌶️ Green chillies – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫙 Soy sauce – for flavor
  • 🍶 Vinegar – for tanginess
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  • 🥔 Add fried potatoes and soy sauce and vinegar.
  • 🌶️ Toss well to coat potatoes with the chilli mixture.
  • 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
