Ingredients

  • 🥟 Wonton wrappers
  • 🐷 Ground pork (or vegetable alternative)
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green onions – thinly sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chilli flakes
  • 🫙 Soy sauce
  • 🍚 Rice vinegar
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the wonton filling: Combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • 🥟 Wrap the filling in wonton wrappers, sealing the edges with water.
  • 끓 Cook the wontons: Boil in water until they float and are cooked through.
  • 🌶️ Prepare the chilli oil: Combine chilli flakes with hot oil.
  • 🍜 Serve the wontons: Toss cooked wontons with chilli oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Garnish with green onions.
