Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫑 Bell Pepper – diced
  • 🌿 Spring Onion – for garnish
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and green chillies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🧅 Add onions and bell peppers, cook until slightly soft.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and soy sauce, cook until mushrooms are tender.
  • 🧂 Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
