Ingredients
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – diced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫑 Bell Pepper – diced
- 🌿 Spring Onion – for garnish
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and green chillies, sauté for a minute.
- 🧅 Add onions and bell peppers, cook until slightly soft.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and soy sauce, cook until mushrooms are tender.
- 🧂 Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
