Ingredients

  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chilli flakes – to taste
  • 🍚 Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥒 Prepare cucumber slices and place in a bowl.
  • 🧄 Add minced garlic and chilli flakes to the cucumber.
  • 🍚 Drizzle rice vinegar over the mixture.
  • 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
