Ingredients
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chilli flakes – to taste
- 🍚 Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥒 Prepare cucumber slices and place in a bowl.
- 🧄 Add minced garlic and chilli flakes to the cucumber.
- 🍚 Drizzle rice vinegar over the mixture.
- 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve chilled.
