Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🌶️ Green chillies – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – diced
- 🫑 Bell pepper – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- 🍚 Cornstarch
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- 🔥 Stir-fry marinated chicken until golden brown and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and green chillies.
- 🫑 Add bell pepper and stir-fry for a minute.
- 🌶️ Add the fried chicken and soy sauce and toss well.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice or noodles.
