Ingredients
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chillies – chopped
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded
- 🍞 Bread slices – for serving
- 🧈 Butter – for toasting
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and chillies in a pan until soft.
- 🧀 Add shredded cheese and mix until melted and gooey.
- 🍞 Spread the chilli cheese mixture on bread slices.
- 🧈 Butter the outside of the bread and toast until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍴 Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy, spicy smash!
