Ingredients
- 🦐 Prawns – 250g, peeled and deveined
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small, chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍾 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
- 🌶️ Add chili flakes and cook for a minute until the oil turns red.
- 🦐 Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice or noodles.
