Ingredients

  • 🦐 Prawns – 250g, peeled and deveined
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 small, chopped
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍾 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • 🌶️ Add chili flakes and cook for a minute until the oil turns red.
  • 🦐 Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  • 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice or noodles.
