Ingredients
- 🌾 Chickpea flour – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫘 Chickpeas - 1 cup, boiled and mashed
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, mashed chickpeas, onion, green chilies, cilantro, salt, and water to form a smooth batter.
- ⏳ Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle over medium heat.
- 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it into a circular shape.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping as needed. Add oil if desired.
