Ingredients

  • 🐔 Ground chicken – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🥟 Momo wrappers – 50 pieces
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, salt, and pepper.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each momo wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal, creating desired momo shape.
  • ♨️ Steam momos in a steamer for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
