Ingredients
- 🐔 Ground chicken – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥟 Momo wrappers – 50 pieces
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, salt, and pepper.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each momo wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal, creating desired momo shape.
- ♨️ Steam momos in a steamer for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
