Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 500g, skin-on
- 🥘 Chicken stock – 1.5 liters base
- 🧂 Sea salt (Shio) – to taste for seasoning
- 🧄 Garlic & 🫚 Ginger – minced for aromatics
- 🥛 Heavy cream or Soy milk – 1/2 cup for a thicker, richer broth
- 🥚 Soft-boiled eggs – marinated and halved
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🍗 Sear chicken thighs in a pot until golden, then set aside to slice for toppings.
- 🍲 Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pot, then add stock and simmer to reduce.
- 🥛 Stir in the cream or soy milk and season with salt to achieve a rich, thick consistency.
- 🍜 Boil ramen noodles in a separate pot until tender, then drain well.
- ✨ Divide noodles into bowls, pour the thick broth over them, and top with chicken and eggs.
