Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken thighs – 500g, skin-on
  • 🥘 Chicken stock – 1.5 liters base
  • 🧂 Sea salt (Shio) – to taste for seasoning
  • 🧄 Garlic & 🫚 Ginger – minced for aromatics
  • 🥛 Heavy cream or Soy milk – 1/2 cup for a thicker, richer broth
  • 🥚 Soft-boiled eggs – marinated and halved
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍗 Sear chicken thighs in a pot until golden, then set aside to slice for toppings.
  • 🍲 Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pot, then add stock and simmer to reduce.
  • 🥛 Stir in the cream or soy milk and season with salt to achieve a rich, thick consistency.
  • 🍜 Boil ramen noodles in a separate pot until tender, then drain well.
  • ✨ Divide noodles into bowls, pour the thick broth over them, and top with chicken and eggs.
