Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – whole or pieces
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Mandi Spice Mix – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🍋 Lemon – for serving
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
- 🌶️ Marinate chicken with Mandi spice mix and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in a large pot until golden.
- 🍗 Place marinated chicken on top of the rice and add water.
- 🔥 Cook until rice is done and chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
