Chicken Roast Mandi

Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken – whole or pieces
  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Mandi Spice Mix – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🍋 Lemon – for serving
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
  • 🌶️ Marinate chicken with Mandi spice mix and set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in a large pot until golden.
  • 🍗 Place marinated chicken on top of the rice and add water.
  • 🔥 Cook until rice is done and chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
