Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken – cooked and shredded
  • 🧀 Ricotta Cheese – for filling
  • 🍄 Porcini Mushrooms – dried
  • 🌿 Fresh Pasta Sheets – for ravioli
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥛 Heavy Cream – for sauce
  • 🍷 White Wine – dry
  • 🧈 Butter – unsalted
  • 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍄 Soak porcini mushrooms in warm water, then chop finely.
  • 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in butter until softened.
  • 🍷 Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add porcini mushrooms and cream. Simmer until thickened.
  • 🐔 Mix chicken and ricotta for ravioli filling. Assemble the ravioli.
  • 💧 Cook ravioli in boiling water until they float. Toss with porcini sauce and garnish with parsley. ✨ Serve immediately.
