Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – cooked and shredded
- 🧀 Ricotta Cheese – for filling
- 🍄 Porcini Mushrooms – dried
- 🌿 Fresh Pasta Sheets – for ravioli
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – for sauce
- 🍷 White Wine – dry
- 🧈 Butter – unsalted
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🍄 Soak porcini mushrooms in warm water, then chop finely.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in butter until softened.
- 🍷 Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add porcini mushrooms and cream. Simmer until thickened.
- 🐔 Mix chicken and ricotta for ravioli filling. Assemble the ravioli.
- 💧 Cook ravioli in boiling water until they float. Toss with porcini sauce and garnish with parsley. ✨ Serve immediately.
