Ingredients
- 🐔 Ground chicken
- 🍤 Prawns – chopped
- 🥟 Sui mai wrappers
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely diced
- 🧅 Spring onions – chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – minced
- 🌶️ Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine chicken, prawns, mushrooms, spring onions, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl to make the filling.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each sui mai wrapper.
- 🤏 Gently pleat the sides of the wrapper, leaving the top open.
- ♨️ Steam the sui mai for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
