Ingredients

  • 🐔 Ground chicken
  • 🍤 Prawns – chopped
  • 🥟 Sui mai wrappers
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – finely diced
  • 🧅 Spring onions – chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – minced
  • 🌶️ Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine chicken, prawns, mushrooms, spring onions, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl to make the filling.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each sui mai wrapper.
  • 🤏 Gently pleat the sides of the wrapper, leaving the top open.
  • ♨️ Steam the sui mai for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
