Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 4 boneless, skinless
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🌾 Flour – for dredging
- 🥔 Potato starch – for coating
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 finely chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 🍚 Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
- 砂糖 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in soy sauce and ginger.
- 🥚 Prepare a sweet and sour sauce with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and onion.
- 🍗 Coat chicken in flour and potato starch, then fry until golden brown.
- ♨️ Dip fried chicken in nanban sauce.
- 🍳 Top with tartar sauce (made with boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and onion) and garnish with parsley. Serve hot!
