Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Masala powder – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice – cooked
- 🫓 Roti – 2 pieces
- 🥄 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and masala powder, cook until oil separates.
- 🍗 Add chicken and yogurt, cook until chicken is tender.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice, roti, and a side of yogurt.
