  • 🍚 Rice – cooked
  • 🫓 Roti – 2 pieces
  • 🥄 Yogurt – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and masala powder, cook until oil separates.
  • 🍗 Add chicken and yogurt, cook until chicken is tender.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice, roti, and a side of yogurt.
