Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🖤 Black peppercorns – 1 tbsp, freshly crushed
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🥄 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍗 Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • 🖤 Stir in yogurt, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook until chicken is tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
