Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🖤 Black peppercorns – 1 tbsp, freshly crushed
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🥄 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍗 Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- 🖤 Stir in yogurt, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook until chicken is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
