Ingredients
- 🍗 Ground chicken – 1 lb
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onion – thinly sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🥟 Gyoza wrappers – 40-50
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine chicken, cabbage, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges with water and fold to create a pleated dumpling.
- 🔥 Pan-fry gyoza in a lightly oiled skillet until golden brown and crispy on the bottom.
- 蒸 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until cooked through. Serve immediately.
