Ingredients

  • 🍗 Ground chicken – 1 lb
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green onion – thinly sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🥟 Gyoza wrappers – 40-50
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine chicken, cabbage, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges with water and fold to create a pleated dumpling.
  • 🔥 Pan-fry gyoza in a lightly oiled skillet until golden brown and crispy on the bottom.
  • 蒸 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until cooked through. Serve immediately.
