Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – cut into small pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Add lemon juice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add marinated chicken and green bell pepper. Fry until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- 🧂 Add garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot as a starter or side dish.
