Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken – boneless, small pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥣 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • 🌾 Gram flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1 tbsp
  • 🍁 Curry leaves – few
  • 🧂 Spices – chili powder, turmeric, garam masala
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer.
  • 🍗 Coat marinated chicken with gram flour and rice flour.
  • ♨️ Deep fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🧅 In a separate pan, sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves.
  • 🌶️ Add the fried chicken and toss well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
