Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – boneless, small pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥣 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 🌾 Gram flour – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1 tbsp
- 🍁 Curry leaves – few
- 🧂 Spices – chili powder, turmeric, garam masala
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer.
- 🍗 Coat marinated chicken with gram flour and rice flour.
- ♨️ Deep fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🧅 In a separate pan, sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves.
- 🌶️ Add the fried chicken and toss well.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
