Ingredients

  • 💧 Water – 1 cup
  • 🌱 Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon/Lime (optional) – to taste
  • 🍯 Honey/Maple syrup (optional) – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Pour water into a glass.
  • 🌱 Add chia seeds to the water.
  • 🥄 Stir well to combine.
  • ⏰ Let it sit for at least 20-30 minutes, or until the chia seeds have expanded and formed a gel.
  • 🍋 Add lemon or lime juice and sweetener if desired. Stir and enjoy!
