Ingredients
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🌱 Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon/Lime (optional) – to taste
- 🍯 Honey/Maple syrup (optional) – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Pour water into a glass.
- 🌱 Add chia seeds to the water.
- 🥄 Stir well to combine.
- ⏰ Let it sit for at least 20-30 minutes, or until the chia seeds have expanded and formed a gel.
- 🍋 Add lemon or lime juice and sweetener if desired. Stir and enjoy!
