- 🌾 All-purpose flour – for Bhature
- 🍶 Yogurt – for Bhature
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥘 Cook chickpeas with spices until tender.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add chhole masala and cooked chickpeas; simmer.
- 🥖 Prepare Bhature dough and deep fry until golden brown.
