Ingredients

  • 🫘 Chickpeas – soaked overnight

  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Chhole Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🫘 Boil chickpeas until soft.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and chhole masala; cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 🍋 Finish with lemon juice and cilantro. Serve hot with rice or naan.✨
