Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas – soaked overnight
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Chhole Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🫘 Boil chickpeas until soft.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and chhole masala; cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 🍋 Finish with lemon juice and cilantro. Serve hot with rice or naan.✨
