Ingredients
- 🥖 Bread rolls – 4
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded
- 🥚 Eggs – 2
- 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
- 🍗 Cooked chicken or protein of choice – diced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Herbs (optional) – chopped
Instructions
- 🔪 Slice the tops off bread rolls and scoop out some of the insides.
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and salt & pepper.
- 🍗 Mix in cheese, diced protein, and chopped onion.
- 🥄 Fill the bread rolls with the cheesy protein mixture.
- 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
