Ingredients

  • 🥖 Bread rolls – 4
  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
  • 🍗 Cooked chicken or protein of choice – diced
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Herbs (optional) – chopped

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice the tops off bread rolls and scoop out some of the insides.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and salt & pepper.
  • 🍗 Mix in cheese, diced protein, and chopped onion.
  • 🥄 Fill the bread rolls with the cheesy protein mixture.
  • 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
