Ingredients

  • 🧀 Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup, shredded
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧈 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
  • 🌾 Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a smooth paste.
  • 🥛 Gradually pour in the milk, whisking constantly to remove any lumps.
  • 🧀 Turn off the heat and stir in the shredded cheese until completely melted.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately while warm and creamy.
