Ingredients
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌾 All-purpose Flour – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup, room temperature
- 🧀 Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🧈 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
- 🌾 Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a smooth paste.
- 🥛 Gradually pour in the milk, whisking constantly to remove any lumps.
