Ingredients
- 🧀 Cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar) - sliced
- 🥩 Pork or Chicken cutlets - thin slices
- 🥚 Egg - beaten
- 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs
- 🌾 Flour - all-purpose
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper - to taste
- 🌻 Cooking Oil - for frying
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the cutlets: pound thin and season with salt & pepper.
- 🧀 Sandwich cheese slices between two cutlets.
