Ingredients
- 🧀 Gruyere cheese – 8 oz, grated
- 🧀 Emmental cheese – 8 oz, grated
- 🥛 Dry white wine – 1 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🥖 Baguette – cubed, for dipping
Instructions
- 🧄 Rub the fondue pot with garlic.
- 🔥 Heat wine in the pot over medium heat; do not boil.
- 🧀 Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
