Ingredients

  • 🧀 Gruyere cheese – 8 oz, grated
  • 🧀 Emmental cheese – 8 oz, grated
  • 🥛 Dry white wine – 1 cup
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🥖 Baguette – cubed, for dipping

Instructions

  • 🧄 Rub the fondue pot with garlic.
  • 🔥 Heat wine in the pot over medium heat; do not boil.
  • 🧀 Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • ✨ Stir in a splash of lemon juice or kirsch (optional).
