Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 4 portions
- 🐷 Pork belly – for chashu
- 🥚 Eggs – soft boiled
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🍥 Narutomaki – sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for broth
- 🍚 Mirin – for broth
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
Instructions
- 🐷 Prepare chashu pork: Braise pork belly in a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until tender.
- 🥚 Prepare soft boiled eggs: Cook eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles: Cook according to package instructions.
- 🍲 Assemble ramen: Add broth, noodles, chashu, egg, green onions and narutomaki into a bowl.
