Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 4 portions
  • 🐷 Pork belly – for chashu
  • 🥚 Eggs – soft boiled
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped
  • 🍥 Narutomaki – sliced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for broth
  • 🍚 Mirin – for broth
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced

Instructions

  • 🐷 Prepare chashu pork: Braise pork belly in a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until tender.
  • 🥚 Prepare soft boiled eggs: Cook eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles: Cook according to package instructions.
  • 🍲 Assemble ramen: Add broth, noodles, chashu, egg, green onions and narutomaki into a bowl.
