Ingredients
- π« Chickpeas (Chana) - 1 cup
- πΎ All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 cups
- π§ Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- π Tomatoes - 2 medium, pureed
- π§ Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- πΆοΈ Spices (cumin, coriander, chili powder) - to taste
- πΏ Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Instructions
- π₯ Soak chickpeas overnight and cook until tender.
- π₯ Prepare the chana masala by sautΓ©ing onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes with spices.
- π§ Add cooked chickpeas to the masala and simmer.
