- 🥔 Boiled potatoes – diced

- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)

- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🥣 Yogurt – whisked
- Tamarind chutney – to taste
- Mint chutney – to taste
- Sev – for garnish
- Papdi – crushed
Instructions
- 🥔 In a large bowl, combine potatoes, chickpeas, onions, and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies (if using), cilantro, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
- 🥣 Arrange the mixture on a platter.
- ✨ Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the platter.
- 🎉 Garnish with sev and crushed papdi before serving.
