Ingredients
- 🌿 Chaap – 250g, cut into sticks
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🫑 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
- 🌶️ Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥛 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Spices – to taste (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)
- 🍢 Skewers - for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chaap sticks in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Thread marinated chaap and vegetables onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry the chaap sticks until golden brown and cooked through.
