Ingredients
- π White fish β 1 lb, cut into small cubes
- π Lime juice β 1 cup, fresh
- π§ Red onion β 1/2, thinly sliced
- πΆοΈ JalapeΓ±o β 1, seeded and minced
- πΏ Cilantro β 1/4 cup, chopped
- π Tomato β 1, diced
- π₯ Avocado β 1, diced (optional)
- π§ Salt β to taste
- πΆοΈ Pepper β to taste
Instructions
- π Combine fish and lime juice in a glass bowl. Make sure the fish is fully submerged.
- ε·θ΅ Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
- π§ Drain the lime juice from the fish. Add red onion, jalapeΓ±o, cilantro, and tomato.
- π§ Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add avocado if desired.
- π₯£ Serve chilled with tortilla chips or tostadas.
