Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • 👐 Mix well and knead the mixture for a few minutes to combine.
  • 🖐️ Shape the mixture into small, finger-sized sausages (ćevapi).
  • ♨️ Grill, pan-fry, or bake the ćevapi until cooked through and browned.
  • 🍽️ Serve warm with pita bread, ajvar, kajmak, and chopped onions.
