Ingredients
- ⚫ Caviar – 1-2 oz
- 🥚 Blinis – 6-8 pieces
- 🥄 Crème fraîche – 2-3 tbsp
- 🧅 Red onion – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Fresh dill – for garnish (optional)
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🧊 Chill the caviar tin well.
- 🥞 Warm the blinis gently.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of crème fraîche on each blini.
- ⚫ Top with a small amount of caviar.
- 🍋 Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges.
