Ingredients

  • 🍝 Cannelloni pasta tubes
  • 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce
  • 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
  • 🌿 Add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix with ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill 🍝 cannelloni tubes with the spinach-ricotta mixture.
  • 🍅 Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish, then place the filled cannelloni on top.
  • 🧀 Cover with remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until golden and bubbly.
