Ingredients
- 🍝 Cannelloni pasta tubes
- 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍅 Tomato sauce
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded
- 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
- 🌿 Add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix with ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Fill 🍝 cannelloni tubes with the spinach-ricotta mixture.
- 🍅 Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish, then place the filled cannelloni on top.
- 🧀 Cover with remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until golden and bubbly.
