Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 500ml
- 🧈 Butter – 50g
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍬 Sugar – 250g
- 🌾 Flour – 125g
- 🥃 Dark rum – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in milk and let cool.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
- 🌾 Add flour, then gradually incorporate milk mixture.
- 🥃 Stir in rum and vanilla. Chill for at least 24 hours.
- 🌡️ Preheat oven to high heat, bake in canelé molds until dark and caramelized.
