Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 500ml
- 🧈 Butter – 50g
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🌾 Flour – 125g
- 🍬 Sugar – 250g
- 🥃 Dark Rum – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter and heat milk in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth.
- 🥛 Gradually add warm milk and melted butter to the egg mixture.
- 🥃 Stir in rum and vanilla extract. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- 🌡️ Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Pour batter into molds and bake until dark and caramelized.
