Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 500ml
  • 🧈 Butter – 50g
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🌾 Flour – 125g
  • 🍬 Sugar – 250g
  • 🥃 Dark Rum – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter and heat milk in a saucepan.
  • 🥚 Whisk eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  • 🥛 Gradually add warm milk and melted butter to the egg mixture.
  • 🥃 Stir in rum and vanilla extract. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
  • 🌡️ Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Pour batter into molds and bake until dark and caramelized.
