- 🌿 Coriander – chopped

Instructions
- 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with onion, chilies, coriander, and tandoori masala.
- 🫓 Prepare dough with wheat flour and water.
- ⚪️ Roll out small circles from the dough, stuff with potato mixture, and seal.
- 🔥 Cook paratha on a hot griddle with butter until golden brown on both sides.
