Ingredients
- 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- ♨️ Steam momos according to package instructions until cooked through.
- 🧈 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until golden brown.
- 🥟 Add steamed momos to the pan and toss gently to coat with butter and onion mixture.
- 🌶️ Sprinkle with chili flakes and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
