Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 3-5 minutes, until pink and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over prawns.
- 🌿 Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- 🥖 Serve immediately with crusty bread.
