Butter Garlic Prawns

Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 3-5 minutes, until pink and cooked through.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over prawns.
  • 🌿 Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  • 🥖 Serve immediately with crusty bread.
