Ingredients

- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs – for garnish (optional)
- 🥑 Avocado - sliced (optional)
- 🍶 White Vinegar – 1 tbsp (for poaching)
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare all ingredients: Cook crab, mince garlic, and split English muffins.
- 🔥 Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant, then add crab meat and lemon juice. Keep warm.
- 💧 Poach eggs in simmering water with vinegar until cooked to your liking.
- 🍞 Toast English muffin halves until golden brown.
- 🍳 Assemble: Place crab mixture on muffins, top with poached eggs, garnish, and serve.
