Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – 1 can (14.5 oz), diced
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Garam Masala – 2 tsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken in ginger-garlic paste and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown, then add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- 🌶️ Stir in garam masala and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🥛 Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice. ✨
