- 🍅 Diced tomatoes – 1 cup
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥬 Shredded lettuce – 1 cup
- 🥩 Cooked protein (chicken, beef, or tofu) – 1 cup
- 🧀 Shredded cheese – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Salsa – to taste
- 🍦 Sour cream – to taste
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare your base by adding rice to the bowl.
- 🫘 Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
