Ingredients

  • 🥩 Gosht (Mutton) – 1 kg
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🍚 Basmati rice – for serving
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥩 Marinate mutton with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 In a pot, sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook until fragrant.
  • 🥘 Add the marinated mutton and cook until browned.
  • 💧 Add water and simmer on low heat until the mutton is tender.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with basmati rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
