Ingredients
- 🥩 Gosht (Mutton) – 1 kg
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🍚 Basmati rice – for serving
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥩 Marinate mutton with yogurt and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 In a pot, sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook until fragrant.
- 🥘 Add the marinated mutton and cook until browned.
- 💧 Add water and simmer on low heat until the mutton is tender.
- 🍚 Serve hot with basmati rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
