Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice Noodles – Pad Thai style
  • 🧄 Garlic – lots, minced
  • 🥚 Eggs – scrambled
  • 🍤 Shrimp or Tofu – your choice
  • 🥜 Peanuts – crushed
  • 🌱 Bean Sprouts – fresh
  • 🍋 Lime – for serving
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes - to taste

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook rice noodles according to package.
  • 🔥 Stir-fry burnt garlic in oil until fragrant and slightly browned.
  • 🍳 Add eggs and scramble.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp (or tofu) and noodles; toss in Pad Thai sauce.
  • 🥜 Garnish with peanuts, bean sprouts, lime and chilli flakes; serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
