Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice Noodles – Pad Thai style
- 🧄 Garlic – lots, minced
- 🥚 Eggs – scrambled
- 🍤 Shrimp or Tofu – your choice
- 🥜 Peanuts – crushed
- 🌱 Bean Sprouts – fresh
- 🍋 Lime – for serving
- 🌶️ Chili flakes - to taste
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook rice noodles according to package.
- 🔥 Stir-fry burnt garlic in oil until fragrant and slightly browned.
- 🍳 Add eggs and scramble.
- 🍤 Add shrimp (or tofu) and noodles; toss in Pad Thai sauce.
- 🥜 Garnish with peanuts, bean sprouts, lime and chilli flakes; serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
