  • 🍜 Noodles – cooked
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 400ml
  • 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Red Chili – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – for serving
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
  • 🌶️ Add chili and chicken/tofu and cook until browned.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • 🍜 Serve over noodles with lemon wedges and coriander.
  • ✨ Garnish with fried onions and boiled eggs if desired.
