Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – cooked
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 400ml
- 🍗 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Red Chili – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – for serving
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add chili and chicken/tofu and cook until browned.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 🍜 Serve over noodles with lemon wedges and coriander.
- ✨ Garnish with fried onions and boiled eggs if desired.
